GT Proline ballasts and lamps?

Hi,  does anyone know if the GT Proline ballasts and lamps are any good ? im looking at this kit on ebay,

600W DIGITAL LIGHT KIT  GT PROLINE DIGITAL BALLAST + GT HPS & MH LAMPS + AIRCOOLED COOL TUBE

WITH DIMMABLE 250W/400W/600W/600WSL SWITCH

USE EITHER A 600W LAMP IN ANY DIMMING SETTING, OR A 250W LAMP ON THE 250W SETTING OR 400W LAMP ON THE 400W SETTING

its $315

Their are a few on ebay some cheaper.. I would swap out the globes for a better brand . The cheap globes are never the same .

The problem with cheap ones are the fail rates, but most last the warranty.

Problem with cheap globes is a bigger issue.

I see they offer 3 years. If their still on ebay in 3 years that is.. 

Saying all that, if you add the price of good globes your at the quality product price anyway.

From experience quality last and works out way cheaper in the long run.
