Is there such a product, Organic PGR?

Recommended Posts

cytokinin , plant hormone ,find it in kelp meal , coconut water & sprouted corn seed

I was just wondering where to find a good kelp meal? I saw Bunnings has Seamungus but it is quite low in PK they have another product called Eco seaweed that is higher but I was kind of looking for more of a top dressing product then water soluble. Is it more used in flowering for the natural pgrs and not the NPK value? is there anything I could source locally without having to order it online?

i order online from here

http://taskelp.com/

kelp has a bunch of benefits for all stages of growth

from rooting clones to flowering buds & it's in my soil mix making part of the NPK value

i don't think you can find a study , not that i've looked , suggesting kelp is a negative in plant growth

best to get the least processed kelp meal that

you can top dress & make a steeped kelp tea

seems an interesting grow hack there Bexx

This seems as good a thread as any for this question.
My old mate dropped me off some "MED-TEK" (brand) feed called "Connoisseur Blooms"  which after a little research is Australian made and apparently an "organic" growth regulator designed to give "heavier harvests with higher resin production"
Got 3 reveges happening switched to 12/12 2 weeks ago so was thinking of giving it a try and comparing the difference.
Any thoughts or anyone used it before?

Plant growth regulators are classified into two classes growth stimulants and growth retardants. Like opiates and opioids. One is an opiate and the other works on the same receptor site but is a different chemical compound. Morphine vs tramadol.

Organic growth regulators (stimulants) include Giberellic acid, auxins, cytokines there are others. There is also a plant growth retardant type hormone found in crustacean shells.

Synthetic pgr we all know about that trash.
