i only bend em in veg to grow sideways along the ground

tent pegs ftw

lucky if any of it reaches 2foot above ground by harvest (*ikr few giant sativa's might make 3ish foot)

I didnt bend until first started flowering first grow i tipped late veg about a month before flower , found i was under watering and under feeding all through veg only when i realised what i was doing a week before it flowered changed nutes and give some potash and she has picked up heaps

Yeah dude i like the way its turned out tho id do a few things different next year try a different medium pay attention to the plant more

I couldn't agree more with Carnage. "It's all a learning". Anyone tells you they know it all, tell them BULLSHIT.

I've been growing for more years than I have finger to count them and I know what works for me and my setup. BUT I do not know everything.

There are so many variables, things you can alter and improve on, things within you growing, within your space, your medium, your nutes, your air flow and air exchange. By the time you have made ALL the variations possible (and learnt from them all), you'll be a VERY old man, VERY OLD INDEED

 

So make your alterations. BUT if you change them all at once you'll never know which alterations made any improvements you make. So think wisely. Do it stages, then check the results.

I know only change one thing at a time like you say merlin im gonna try different medium and once established il pay attention to proper feeding and watering schedules, that part shouldnt be overlooked i reckon gave myself trouble all through veg only sorted itself out during flowering
