PH Down Designed for SPA's

Hey guys trying to source supplies from Bunnings as i am avoiding hydro shops, i was looking in Bunnings and found some PH down designed for SPA's will this be ok to use? active ingredient is sodium bi-sulphate

 

also anyone know where to buy Cal-Mag from? i also looked in Bunnings but not available

 

i don't want to buy from Ebay or goto local hydroponic shops

No.  Active ingredient is Sodium bi-sulphate (salt).  This is the wrong PH down to use and will cause problems eventually.

 

You need the citric acid/ ph down that is safe for plants.. Not sure where to get other than Ebay or hydro store

 

Aquarium store maybe have something but at triple the price

Ive used acv from start to finish on a indoor coco grow. Would i again, yep. I also always toss a little into my watering can when i remember outback in the garden.

Think i might head to the stash jars and smoke up a nice acv bud after dinner. 

Dinner is a tossed bbq chicken salad dressed with extra virgin olive oil and acv.

Acv or Apple Cider Vinegar might work for some situations but not hydro or anything with a res because it only works for a short time and the ph will rise again.

 

$25 for a 1L  Flairforms Ph Down. Last me 2 years..    ACV would cost more i think and doesn't work as well

It works real well in coco, as S420 states not for use in res's. 

I used it from start to finish on my duelling moby diary.

Thanks guys going to the supermarket is better than going to a hydro shop i have had bad times shopping...

 

i will pick up some ACV I'm also going to be in coco

 

any idea on where to get the Cal-Mag?
