Guys want to know when I should stop topping my plant. And any other tips for good yield

I'd not top it anymore and tie any lower shoots back towards the middle to try and bush it up in there.

Is there a reason all the lower and middles so bare?

Thanks Reuben... and mate i think it's bare because I didn't prune or top it it till it was nearly a meter in height and I may have got carried away with pruning once I had done the first initial one. Its got a nice thick stalk and looks healthy to me but yeah I wanna bush that bad boy....

yeah. it looked like it needed topping much earlier and more sun. . You could probably top it again if it hasn't started to transition into flower yet but that would be the last time you should. That will encourage all the lower branches to get bigger..

Thanks mate and yeah it's hard to tell from those pgotos but it's starting to fill out on the lower nodes
