Any hardware should have pyrethrum....even supermarkets

I'd up the amount of food your giving the plant till you get a better colour . But go slow ,don't expect to see much change for the first week ,

A bottle of nitrosol may help as well , the nitrogen will fix that pale colouring,

your band-aiding gentleman imho

the bugs are there cos the plant is unhealthy

very light green very droopy , over watered regularly i suspect

if you don't get to the cause of the plant or grower issues , those bugs ain't going away

& if they do there be another to take it's place soon after

i bet if you lifted the root ball out of that pot you'd find brown poss slimy roots , when they should be white & furry

under watering is allot easier to recover from & causes much less probs than over watering , although you don't really

want to do either , if i had to do one , i'd under water , roots will still go brown but not pathogenic = root rot = dying or dead

over watering is the frequency at which you water not the amount of water in one feeding

you can't over water a dry 5lt pot running 10lts of water though it

but you can over water a pot by watering 1lt though it everyday when it doesn't need or want it

roots need air as much as water & are constantly growing , changing & consuming more

in saying all that , it's very easy to be a armchair commentator with no detail of starting soil , feeding ect ect

Also what is that on the soil surface , plastic looking thing ?
