I think it's thrips! Can you confirm, and treatment?

Hi folks,

 

I have a few plants but the last day or two some white spots have appeared. From what I have read, it might be mites or thrips. Any suggestion on best to treat? I am growing outdoor/greenhouse.

Personally, at that age, Pyrethrum. Spray when dark and repeat in 2 weeks. KILL THE LITTLE FUCKERS.

those marks are from leaf hoppers little greeny white moth things that when your near they shot upward then disappear. but they don't disappear they fold their wings in and drop like a dart, fast little buggers, a foliage spray with kelp & garlic in it sort them out and you can feed your plants at the same time instead of poison, if you grow outside spraying poison kills the beneficial bugs not just the pests but the pest breed faster than the beneficials

Common Green Planthopper, what is it with those things? seriously, when I grew 20+ years ago, had them, now I havent seen them all this time, start to grow again and bingo, there they are, we called them WEED BUGS back then, as they always appeared on dope plants and they look like a serration from a leaf.
