Hey mate 7 weeks along buds should be quite a bit fatter, and I'm comparing that to my experience just growing under a shitty hps a couple years back.

Well its weird because its in natural sunlight but its behind in regards to bud growth compared to indoor lighting which it should be the other way around i would have imagined considering the sunlight is the best light of all haha but my only thought as to why there not filling out as they should could be some rootbound issues coming on?

This is the smaller plant starting week 4 of flowering in pretty sure not much to see yet and this is the big one i tied down in week 2 or 3 of flowering i think not too sure

I agree, which is why I switched to outdoor because I found I could never replicate the same quality on a budget. Outdoor bud also seems to have a higher range of terpines which always gives it that unique, earthy, sometimes minty or incensey smell and taste, especially in sativas. The buds on your plant look very nice though and I doubt it's rootbound because I've seen larger plants flower fine in a pot that size. Is it possible you transplanted during the flower stretch and it caused stress, stunting growth temporarily?

Well i guess im just being impatient haha and i have never transplanted any of these plants except from there 10cm starting pots straight into 25 litre pots and havent had an issue really with any of them the biggest one did have bitrogen toxicity for a few weeks but thats it the 2 brown pot ones have been flawless basically Edited February 15, 2017 by James 1234

Also the only thing i can also think of is it because im not using any flowering nutrients ? Is that why they may be small for there age?

Hmmm not sure because in malawi the farmers only ever use charcoal, the plants are never given flowering additives or ferts

i think they look fine, I think you will find, when you reckon they will be ready add a couple of weeks, your brain wants them early. haha. be patient, they look good. And sativas are slow.
