U.S Canabis Educators to make their mark in AUS

Hi All,

 

So I have been in contact with a well respected U.S based Marijuana educational facility over the past few months.

 

Through a number of emails, I have encouraged them to finally make their mark here in AUS.

 

The company educates people in different strains of marijuana and the effects each different strain has medically on different conditions. Basically this form of education is a way of schooling interested parties in becoming "Bud Tenders" both in medical and recreational dispensaries.

 

Due to the new laws becoming finalised in the coming months (although we are still unsure of the outcomes and how the legalities will work)said company has decided to create some exposure on our shores early as they understand the market of a potentially booming industry here in AUS.

 

If anyone would like to know more about how you can be part of this exciting new business hitting our shores, please don't hesitate to contact me and I can pass on some very interesting and helpful information.

I think you will find it will work nothing like the US here in Aust and it will be many years before we even have med cannabis grown in this country.

 

And even more so the average Joe on the street will never  get a look in as it will be controlled by big biz and pharma in this country.

 

And said ppl that do get a job in the game will have to be so squicky clean or they wont even be looked at for a job.

 

I wish people would understand that it will never be like it is in the US here in Aust, the powers that be will not let it happen, they keep setting the bar higher as it is for ppl to apply for med canna not making it any more easy...

Unfortunately I agree with you. The system is well... the sytem and it surely will take years to see any benefit here. So you think big pharma will be in control with the canabis distribution?

This would mean that chemists will be the only place to disperse the drug. In saying that, chemists would also need to be informed and educated on the strains and different effects.... Its a joke that we are so far behind in what could be huge for our economy and create thousands of jobs.... Maybe, soon enough, the govt. Will wake up!

There already is a way to do this in Oz, it's called Google.

Queensland is the only state with provision in their legislation for actual buds, every other state is pharma products only. Even then, it will have be a TGA approved strain, most likely imported by big pharma.

 

And yes, any form of the drug will be provided through a pharmacist.

 

The new laws did not legalise "medical cannabis" they just made a space for pharma drugs containing cannabinoids, prescribed and dispensed like every other schedule 8 drug.
