Strains For Back Pain

Howdy all

 

I suffer from severe back pain partly due to an accident i had a few years ago resulting in 1 crushed and 3 fractured vertebra and in the past year it has become worse and worse. In the beginning they had me on so many different pain tablets and i was even going in and having injections straight into my lower back to try to relive the pain, worked for a little while but now has little to no affect what so ever

 

I have tried a few strains like Mazar, Deisel, WW to name a few with good results but im on the hunt for the "Perfect Strain" for back pain.

 

So i would like to hear from other peoples experiences and what they might recommend for this kind of pain..

I think you might be misunderstanding how this scheme works under law Mctavish. This scheme is not legal medical cannabis and no you can not legally grow under it. It is just a guide for police in NSW to use when deciding if they wish to charge patients for possession not growing. It is unlikely they would charge a patient for possessing the small amounts outlined in the scheme but if they choose to they still can even if you are registered on this scheme. When it comes to larger amounts or cultivation, there have been a number of patients and careers who have been charged with cultivation and/or supply despite registering on this scheme.

All i can go off is what my doctor has told me, his words were this will stop you being charged if caught growing or possessing cannabis...

I'd be asking him to put that in writing for any court defense you might need down the track then because he is wrong. The scheme does not cover cultivation it only covers the possession of very small amounts of cannabis.

that letter sure is better than nothing at all.

 

I've had cops look at my plants here before .

I simply tore open the tub of manure slop mix i was feeding my vegetating plants and they said it was ok it was organic.

left it all sitting there

cops don't mind marijuana that is grown organically without chemicals, seriously they got other things to worry about.

 

it's the sergeant you have to worry about.

the sergeant is the one that has the duty to do everything by the book (black & white).

other coppers be more happy to leave it coz the sergeant doesn't know/ or hasn't had a formal complaint about it yet.

pretty much the same everywhere around aus about it.

 

only the big hydroponic commercial growers that get greedy with bad chemicals that get ratted on usually.

your piece of paper tells regular coppers you've got a legitiment reason to have the plants, even though at this point in your life it is still illegal.

so keep it organic dude.

Mctavish all i am going to add is make sure you find a good lawyer when you start up.

 

Even better once you have siad letter go and speak to a lawyer and ask them if you where to get busted is it a free pass.

Greediness in the med canna game is just wrong, keeping an open mind and helping people in need is the way to go, its for all of us not just a select few that think their shit don't stink.
