Legal grow Looking for help

Gday CC,

I have joined in an incubator grow working with Govt liaison and investors. I havent heard back from the first investor I spoke with. Im not too worried, this thing is set to explode. I have a mate that can run the first wearhouse, that would be a starter facility they would give me 2 Million to see if its viable. If it contines then I have given them a buisness plan that target producton specific to a condition

ie if I want to beat cancer I need to be able to produce enough oil to beat the incidence of new cancers as they occur. This first real step is a very big step in the Numer of square meters Im going to need to work.

Simply put. This is also me giving back to this community. Ive learned a lot here and Id like to provide an opportunity to those who have helped and to the many more new friends that would be keen.

So, please let me know what you would like to do.

This will be an indoor medical MJ wearchouse sized grow that will be feeding at least one wear house sized extraction facility.

I also have many other research projects so if your keen to work in that area I'll need at least one Laboratory Scientist there.

Realistically this is a time thing so if you want to start now, I don't blame you. Nothing here seems to happen quickly, we are so very close.

Do you have sound legal advice behind this iTiC? Your idea sounds good but the laws atm are far from allowing anything like you are describing.

USA residents are less-free than Australians in many ways... (granted cannabis is not one of them)

The weed laws (depending on which state you are in) are great, but don't kid yourself, many of their other laws simply suck.

On the night Trump won, the Canadian immigration site crashed. The next most visited was the Australian Dept of Immigration. There is more of them trying to get out of the U.S. than any other nationality trying to get in.

hi iTIC, this sounds really exciting and I wish for your success. I'd be so happy to see something like this going ahead in Australia. I personally believe that medical cannabis in Aust is a stepping stone to full legalisation.

 

Do you need help with any visual design, marketing, advertising type stuff? I'm a specialist in this area, and have many years of experience working in the Netherlands legal cannabis scene. Have helped many successful cannabis-related businesses in EU. Would be happy to send you some examples, if you're interested to see my work?

 

What you said about pubs being eventual suppliers, it sounds like a wet dream to many of us, but it makes total sense. They already have the infrastructure and security needed to sell an 18+ product, as well as a huge & loyal customer base. The alcohol industry might put up a fight, as they're doing in the USA. I understand many pubs are "sponsored" or even part-owned by brewing companies. Often the pub has signed a contract which prevents them from selling a competitors product. But, if cigarettes can be sold, why not cannabis?

 

Imagine buying a pint and a joint at your local pub! Its nice to dream about what is possible in the next few years.

Yes pls Resist. Ill need help marketing, and building an effective affordable website for distribution. My product is in a 100% mecinal form. I keep hearing from potential interested investors marketers etc. atm Im the only one thats put down cold hard cash. So I figure I should listen to the voices that are loudest. The new legit bz springin up everywhere. The one thing they need more of they cant get so Im officially putting it all on the line. Ive been paying off this house for 'some' reason. I dont see  my self retiring in this town. so I_Think its at least time to move on.

Im looking for suitable land in an affordable area with access to water etc. to beable to meet a specific need. Getting Positive testamony out about cannabis oil for sure but I need to do SO MUCH before anything even starts rolling.

MM: I hear ya, the laws are Hashed out quite perfect as required or even needed. The truth is however, there would bea very complicated battle to convict anyone under the new law. Credibility and documentation is everything. I have a software guy that has that sorted.I even what asked to be introduced to a pilot. He heard I was looking and a mate said. Ppl are starting to come to me!!

Time to just balls up and do it.
