Legal grow Looking for help

iTiC

Question

Gday CC,

I have joined in an incubator grow working with Govt liaison and investors. I havent heard back from the first investor I spoke with. Im not too worried, this thing is set to explode. I have a mate that can run the first wearhouse, that would be a starter facility they would give me 2 Million to see if its viable. If it contines then I have given them a buisness plan that target producton specific to a condition

ie if I want to beat cancer I need to be able to produce enough oil to beat the incidence of new cancers as they occur. This first real step is a very big step in the Numer of square meters Im going to need to work.

Simply put. This is also me giving back to this community. Ive learned a lot here and Id like to provide an opportunity to those who have helped and to the many more new friends that would be keen.

So, please let me know what you would like to do.

This will be an indoor medical MJ wearchouse sized grow that will be feeding at least one wear house sized extraction facility.

I also have many other research projects so if your keen to work in that area I'll need at least one Laboratory Scientist there.

Realistically this is a time thing so if you want to start now, I don't blame you. Nothing here seems to happen quickly, we are so very close.

Hey Bazza,

"...the fact that it is enjoyable with no negative effects." That all depends on your definition of 'enjoyable' and what you consider to be a 'negative effect'. Some people argue that what you call enjoyable others feel is a negative effect. This is part of the reason why they are isolating individual components, removing the THC, as it's the THC that gives us the 'stoned' feeling.

Another reason for isolating components is big pharma wanting to make big $$$$. They cannot patent (own) a plant, but if they use a unique extraction method to extract and isolate a particular active ingredient they can then patent the process for extraction and patent the resulting active ingredient. They can then 'own' both the process and the compound. It's all about the mighty $$$$. If big pharma cannot 'own' it, they will not invest in it.

As for "Just legalise it." I totally agree BUT in doing so we would be in breach of our international obligations under the United Nations Single Convention on Narcotic Drugs of 1961.There is however a loop hole and this is "...except under licence for specific purposes, such as medical treatment and research."

There is another option, not all countries have signed the convention. Chad, East Timor, Equatorial Guinea, Kiribati, Nauru, Samoa, South Sudan, Tuvalu, and Vanuatu are not signatories, so we could all move there lol

Is the government supposed to follow what the un dictates if so how did the coalition of the willing manage to invade a sovereign nation and still today no body has ever been held accountable for the atrocities they have committed or the state they have left the middle east in! F@#k the UN legalise, educate and give those that have spent years in the closet trying to medicate without having to be exposed to the black market a chance to grow and help those in need without being persecuted and demonized!

If we dont do something now we wont just miss the opportunity to address years of un fair laws but any profits will go to the greedy who dont give 2 shits about the average Aussies!

I want in if this is legitimate im that keen to see Aussies get the best deal out off this i will cash in my super anuation to invest!

Cheers

Hey Evo,

Listen, I agree with your sentiment. Between the government (ours) and other governments around the world, the UN and all the nasty little backroom deals that are connived between differing parties/religions/factions/governments/interest groups/associations/regimes and all the other money hungry bastards on any number of ideas/proposals we, the people have very little chance. But to be sweeping a fine Italian marble floor with a bulldozer ain't gunna work. That's been tried before and failed. The decision makers all wear suits and they have no idea about bulldozers. A gentle, gentle approach with these (so called) gentlemen is the only approach, we have to play their game, their way or we've got no chance.

Let's do the science, let's prove our facts beyond any hindrance of a doubt, then bash them with a (metaphorical) hammer. Walkin in there in our steel caps, screaming our demands and highlighting their failures, is only going to reinforce the negative connotations they already have. GENTLE.

I agree Merl1n the more studies and research that we can put infront of our leaders loby groups political parties is all the good stuff and needs to be done, but we also need to dig in keep growing and not allow the unjust laws, percecution and some bullshit un guid lines stop us ever!

I am not a well educated man but i do have a brain and i can see nothing but descrimination just like the gays have been descriminated against!

I fear i will die long b4 Australia gets its shit together but i hope i am wrong!

I wonder what somebady like Nelson Mandela would think off the situation after being percecuted for the color of his skinn!

Im not sure if the leaders of the world have got much right ever with people being treated equally as all i see is a bunch off highly inflated arseholes patting each other on the back reassuring themselves that they are fair and just!

We have along way yo go and until i see some real changes in accountability (coalition of the willing) i say f@#k jail f@#k the law and f@#k the pollies keep growing and if caught make as much noise as u can to high light the percecution we face for trying to medecate our selves (when doctors have failed) and help others and keep growing no matter what they do!

Now as i said i am extremely un educated but from what i think I am seeing and hearing is America has once again ignored th un and legalised cannabis in atleast 4 states and i always thought Australia was smarter than America but it wont be the first time i have been wrong!

Cheers and i apologize for my resentment over the iraq war but shit wasnt that and still is worse than anything a little old stoner with a green thumb will commit!

Yeah Ford it is, spent some time deleting still cant send any messages, lol my 420 subs has ran out :(

Appologies for taking this long to getback. But yeah short answer Im going for a start up loan. My Bz plan includes supplying the east coast of Australia with its cannabis needs. I hear WA have an Island dedicated to it. That righteous of them, let them look after that end. Plus our excess will go OS.

I and I hope to run an extraction facility with an extensive and well funded PRD department. Cannabis is a start. There is so much more out there.
