Outlaws protest over raid in Victoria

Four of the men arrested during raids on the Outlaws motorcycle club in Victoria recently have faced court.

More than 100 officers raided 14 homes, the club's headquarters and a boat.

They seized cannabis and illegal firearms.

Four men have appeared in Frankston Magistrates court and have been remanded to appear in the Melbourne Magistrates court on Friday.

A member of the Outlaws club has accused police of using unnecessary force during the raids.

The member, who wished to remain anonymous, has told media the Outlaws had nothing to hide.

He says his home was trashed and his son questioned without parental authority.

"The house is an absolute mess, it's been turned upside down and trashed," he said

"And a 13-year-old boy was questioned by police about things to do allegedly with me without the parents or guardians being anywhere near it.

"I just don't think that's right."

A police spokesman says the use of resources was appropriate.
