How early can you determine sex

thanks, 3 out of 4 I can see with naked eye (and appear female). I don't have a jewellers loupe anymore (well i do in storage). Ill see if i can find a magnifying glass around. But I guess its no big deal, I can wait, if only one is male ill be AOK.

I might do a clone or 6 for fun though, haha

Both October seeds have been in the ground for around 6 weeks now. Both seem to have stopped growing and progress looks slow. Now I'm seeing these on one of them:

Is this male? So sick of getting all males each year.

The other one planted 1 foot away looks like this

Is this female?

 

I've just planted two more seeds as I really need a couple of large female plants or I'm out of weed again this year!

Any tips to hopefully get females?

Yep buy feminised seeds .

 

Only two more seeds ? What it they're both male ?

 

Chuck in extra seeds and dont plant them so close if you can help it .

I buy seeds from Southern Star cause they don't come through customs, however they won't guarantee females or sell feminised seeds.

I have limited space to plant so tats why I don't plant more than a few

Ok so I have this one female in the ground. Only 2 feet tall, not really getting any bigger.

Why does it have these yellow leaves at the bottom? The leaves up higher have dry tips!

It has been over 30 degrees every day for the last week.

 

I also have four in small pots. 2x 250mm high and 2x 100mm high.

If I re plant them in large pots, do they have enough time to grow and produce yield?

and yeah, repot now, never too late (well not yet anyway), plenty of time.

The dry tips could be nute burn. I've got one at the moment but otherwise the plant is healthy.

 

The dead leaves at the bottom could be lots of things

Should I be able to see the sex yet? I can't see balls really but also no white whisks out of what seems to be little bells
