How early can you determine sex

Have some Southern Star seeds (GG Allen).

Am planting two a month till new year to see what month is best.

Have one that's around 4 weeks and looks like it is growing little balls under the top leaves.

How early can sex be determined?

As this looks male.

Have limited space so can't waste time on growing males.

Planted two others 5 days ago that have just broken trough the soil. Hopefully they will be female.

Southern Star Seeds don't sell feminised seeds.

Haven't had a female yet. All male last year from their seeds as well.

Wow, that is unlucky. When you do get a girl make sure to keep a mum so you don't go through that again. Although statistically you should have a run of females now. If only things worked out like that.

When you get a girl, take a cut from it and either keep that in veg and take cuts from it to flower out, or just keep taking new cuts before flowering each time.

Have a look in these forums for cloning techniques. It can be done pretty easily with minimal effort, but for better strike rates and stronger starts you can get fairly involved.
