Hi Everyone,

First post, first time grower. Please be kind and forgive my noobness :D

My grow (pics attached):

- 2 feminised plants: Delicious Candy and Dutch Kush

I did not take note of when planted/germinated and which one is which pot (I know, lesson learned!) now I cannot tell how old and who they are  :wallbash:

They are probably 2-3 months old. they have been potted on 250mm pots for 1.5-2.5 months now

Growing in a greenhouse outdoor.

Soil is a mix of Osmocote Plus Organics for Veggies and Herbs + Perlite (cannot remember the ratio I used).

Watering whenever soil feels dry up to first knuckle (pretty much every day) with Seasol and Charlie Carp Premium Organic Concentrate Fertiliser (not really measuring how much/ratio). Last week I also gave them Neutrog Gogo Juice Liquid Concentrate.

Questions:

1. They are probably ready to be moved to a bigger pot. I don't want to because I don't want they bigger (harder to hide). I've read about root bound plants but also about keeping plants on small pots to control their size. But by keeping on small pot they will become root bound and isn't it a bad thing?

2. Judging by the pics, are they both in pre-flowering or flowering?

3. 3 weeks ago I noticed a few low leaves with brown spots (well delimited on the leaf) - have not seem any more leaves presenting the issue. But now both plants have now the lower leaves turning yellow. Is it nutrient/PH issue or normal because they are entering into flowering and need to be fed Potash?

- 2 feminised auto-flowering plants: 1 Barney Pineapple Express and 1 Dark Purple

Both germinated on paper towel in days and moved to solo cups with Osmocote Professional Seed and Cutting Potting Mix with Perlite (again, not sure about the ratio I used. They were moved to solo cups on 28/09.

Also growing outdoors on a greenhouse.

Dark Purple still on solo cup. Pineapple Express is on same kind of pot and soil mix as 2 non-auto plants above.

not feeding any fertilisers yet. Dark Purple I'm not watering at all as soil is still wet. and Pineapple watering maybe once a week.

Pineapple seems to be doing well and Dark Purple struggling a bit - hence still on solo cup. She is considerably smaller than her sister Pineapple.

Question:

4. Anything I'm doing wrong with the Dark purple or just bad luck with the seed (since I'm using same process for Pineapple it she is doing well)?

Guys, any input/thoughts is much appreciated! Any general comments/critics/suggestions more than welcome :D

Also, if I'm posting on wrong section or missing key information please let me know.

Cheers

depending on your country and district, if the autos are outside in the green house they will always be smaller than indoor.

with the limited amount of time to grow for autos you always get a smaller plant.

they need to grow under lights for at least 18/6 to get any decent size.

Outside Autos growing season is high summer with the longer days.

does this mean your using nutes every time you water?

following the manufacturers instructions might be a better idea.

if your greenhouse gets very hot and the soil is drying out completely every day then maybe you could look at trying to cool things down a little.

make sure the space is well ventilated and pot up to bigger pots that dont dry out so quick.

to keep them smaller, pinch off the top buds several times to lower the profile and make the plants spread out, not grow upwards.
