Friendly help?

Hi there all this seems to be a rather tricky one but I feel its time to leave my body and cross over , I have a mate who would like to experience such a thing as well but this time I'd like to do it myself , from the reading I've done and with a lot of other forums I'm getting second hand info which I believe to be wrong , first I want to find the right tree /without killing some poor tree , I do not believe I'm that special so can you use the leaves or broken branches or dose it have to be the bark , second has anyone tried it with the grass that contains the goodness , I think I've got a extraction method down ... Really doesn't seem that hard . I'd love some advice from someone who's done it before and could give me some tips , i want to do a good job of it because I say it will be a long time before I have another go . PS I seen the meno that governments was going to try ban over a thousand plants wow and I'm the one one drugs any help would be much appreciated

I've heard mimosa is one of the best and I'm in a country town and the farmers all reckon its out here , they don't seam to care about the trees but I'd love some info or advice how I can get what I need without destroying the poor thing , will broken branch's be enough or would I still need the root bark ?

That just seams to be a lot of people who haven't done it tgemselfs and a lot of bad info getting round
