Does iso leach?

Do people use plastic buckets when making big batches of RSO? Ever since i watched ricks vid of him making it,cant remember which solvent he used,i always worried it mgt be leaching chemicals from the plastic bucket into the oil. Sld i be worried and maybe try use either glass or ceramic or i sld be fine?

No worries. Il see how big they can go up too. Will b using a pound each run so needs to fit.

I'm thinking food grade ethanol has taken over from naphtha as a much safer solvent.

I believe it's easy to get .pyrex is best that's why they use it for chemistry.
