Vents and ducting in grow room doors - advice please :)

Recommended Posts

"just wondering whether you used the same door for intake and exhaust?"

  • yes I did - intake  was near the floor & exhaust at ceiling height

"... make a portable curtain stand using pvc pipe and connectors"

  • lol +1 for that... I made a tent using PVC pipes and panda film - first one lasted for many years & reused the pipes on a second panda-film tent
make sure to keep some of the PVC joints unglued, to make for easy tear-down

"...that a tenant doesn't have to let the landlord know that they are growing under the ACMPR"

  • same in Cali, tho a landlord can stipulate that you can not grow in your 'house'

"I reckon it is still wise to make everything as stealth as possible though … old habits."

  • tis hard to get the hide-everything mentality out of my brain too, could grow in the back yard if I wanted ...but no real way to keep it ultra stealth

yup, your idea is totally do-able!

Thanks larriken:)

I'll look at phresh flilters … saw a good comparison of filters in hydromag … and they came out best. I'm also thinking at setting lights-on during the night (to control temps in summer and winter), which will also help hopefully with co2 from sleeping people and plants.:)

cheers mate
