Hi does anyone know who the ownus is on if yr caught importing medicinal cannabis oil ?, the importer, or exporter ?

 

Buy re heating the oil to make capsules does this in anyway alter the THC/CBD (mixed with coconut oil)

The importer. It is still currently illegal in all states of Oz.

 

Re-heating just enough to make it mix with coconut oil will not effect potency.

That is no longer correct.

 

Doctors in QLD can prescribe medical cannabis since Dec 2015 after we succesfully pushed for a change to sec270 of the QLD Health Act. This change applys to ALL forms of medical cannabis including raw bud.

 

The Medical Cannabis Advisory Group QLD website or their facebook page is a great place to find more information about what this change means.

Thanks Mongy, Great news for pple in QLD, but after a bit more investigation, this is not a simple or short process. You need to even see whether the state your in will even allow you to apply for it.

 

Only your GP or pharmacist can "apply", then there seems like it could be literally weeks, even months,....before anythings approved.

 

Loved to be proved wrong, but this guy & his family in QLD spent a long time lobbying waiting for an outcome ? Not sure how long the process took, but id say months ?
