1st Auto/Grow In 7 years *Advice appreciated*

Recommended Posts

Hey OS gang. Been a member of the forum since 08 but have been on a hiatus so to speak. decided to get back into an old hobbie

that never reached its full potential. I have a few seedlings under 2 weeks that have been started from seed under a 250 hps.

I'd like to post some photos to get some experienced opinions for the smoothest outcome. One of my concerns is that a 8 day GSC is starting to fade

compared to a 4 day white widow which is a nice green.

They're fine, but get them into either a good light soil mix. or preferably some sort of hydroponic medium with appropriate nutes.  If that's the sort of potting mix it looks to be, they won't do well in it.  Autos need a very easily penetrable medium for the roots so they can put out a solid set of roots in fast time, and are very sensitive to it.  They also mostly like a fairly fast build up in nutrients, and the first few weeks are vitally important on both fronts as any slow down or stalling during their short veg period will drastically reduce yield.

Use the search function to search for the user name Buzzo, he posted a great tutorial on growing auto's, which I would highly recommend for anyone new to autos.  I do a few things a little different to suit my own situation, plants, and personality, but it's a perfect base to start from.

Best of luck
