It will be interesting to see if Lucky Haslam will get approval for her cannabis farm. Her son Dan smoked raw heads for chemo and think this is her intention for medical patients to get access to raw cannabis.

 

It will create a shit storm if she gets turned down in favour of big pharma cannabis after being thanked by the Government for pushing medical cannabis law reform.

Unofficially she's been given approval to run a grow op on the outskirts of Tamworth, not because she has an acceptable buyer lined up, not because she knows how to grow canna, not because she knows about the different cannabinoids, etc etc, but simply because making the bitch happy is currently a good political move.  Personally I hope they do fuck her over, even though that opinion will piss a lot of people off, because as far as I'm concerned she has always been the enemy, and still is. 

 

I think she's actually more likely to support the pharma route, but don't know that for a fact.  Personally I don't give a shit what she wants, as I do know for a fact that she will be at the front of the line calling for anyone that doesn't fit into her extremely narrow view of who should be entitled to med canna to be sent to jail for having anything to do with it.  Then again maybe she has changed and I'm just being too hard on her, but I'm not going to put it to the test by telling her my story.  The government will likely look to fuck Tony Bowers over though, and that is a massive injustice, it's all about what part of society you come from, and who you know.

 

Sorry if my rant offends anyone, feel free to love her, but she pisses me off a lot and I'd like to feel free to feel that way.

It is indeed frustrating, and I really don't have any ideas on what to do about it, well nothing that's likely to actually make any real difference.

 

Overgrow sounds great, and fun, but I can't agree with doing it in reality as I can't agree with making it available to children and teens, and an effective overgrow would do that.  But fuck me if I don't get tempted to drop seeds in garden beds around government buildings and particularly police stations for shits and giggles .

 

One thing I would like to see though is movements and rallies calling for recreational legalisation on at least the same level as the current push for medicinal.  I don't think it's more important, but I do believe it is essential to having effective medicinal cannabis, and it's the right thing to do.  FFS, as long as alcohol and tobacco are legal, there is no sound or logical reason for canna to be illegal, who gives a fuck about some agreement we signed with the USA years ago, they aren't our ruler, the Queen is and we don't give a fuck what she says, so why care about the yanks.  We are Australians, we used to have the balls to be ourselves and do things our own way, what went wrong?
