Hmm dunno. might be a dodgy. I could be wrong but if you don't have major disability or terminal illness you wont get it.. I also hear if approved it will be rolled out through pharmacy only.

haha I play off 4 handicap.. Would be 8-10 if I didn't toke . get way to frustrated.
