The ends of the leaves are burnt.. That's a given...

 

The white spots on top of the leaves suggest sapsuckers... (Thrips etc.).Need a loupe or magnifying glass to see the buggers,

 

which will be feeding on the underside of leaf, ergo creating white spots on top.

 

Had a similar problem which was solved with a spray or 2 of eco-oil.
