p.s forgot to mention that most of the problem seems to be around the lower 1/2 of the plant.

Why are you feeding with a fruit & flower fertilizer? Try feeding with a high Nitrogen fert (Nitrosol) and add some calcium & magnesium (calmag).

Its what i have its called Aquasol sounds rather similar to nitrosol its spread is

N: 23

P: 4

K: 14

Mg: 0.15

should be fine during veg dont you think ? i will look out for nitrosol tho

thanks for the tip

as for calmag i was actually thinking it may have been a cal or mg problem in the first place

you agree with that ? if so i do have some dolomite lime i could add to the water .

what soil did you mix with coco , brand , & what ratios ?

Your outdoors & unless you've done something strange with the soil mix

top dress the pot with a thick layer of straw you can buy at bunnings to keep the pot moist &

let feeder roots grow where they like to grow , the top , & soil life , to live

feed with rain water if poss or just tap water , if the mulch layer is thick enough it will help

filter your tap water , if ya really keen pick up some bokashi bran at bunnings & shake a small-ish hand

full b4 the straw , chop a little of the straw in to smaller bits to put a little over the bokashi then

normal straw on top of that & water in , with water ! oh & water slowly , don't just dump & 10lt

bucket of water on top , don't want to build life in the soil then wash them away in a flood

let the plant sort itself out for a while , they are very good at growing themselves ya know

don't over water " but " don't under water , there you go some very precise information to live by !

have any castings or homemade compost ? if so add some of that ,

top dress = bokashi / castings , compost / bokashi / mulch straw & water in

get her healthy then look at nutes again

Brand is omocote Professional Premium  Mixed 70/30 with some added cow shit

The yellow spots haven't seemed to spread at all and the plant is still going along ok

didnt end up feeding her any diff than norm its a lil scrawny next to my other girl tho

Thanks for the tips of the mulch ect itchy had a good read about

bokashi and now have a worm farm and compost planed for nxt year

also picked up a soil ph test kit some purple powerfeed and seasol at bunnings

tested said plant and its ph came out around 7.5 just a touch high.
