To late to start?

Recommended Posts

Yeah I planted a couple in October that turn male in December, hence my dicison to start again at Xmas. I only have a small space so one plant is the max and has to be small. Fingers crossed for hairs soon.

I was just looking at pics of the same strain from last year and I was well into flower by now. That was spouted in November.

I think its weather for sure. A lot of us from what ive read are experiencing late flower this year. Weird.

and here I was putting it down to my plants being so well fed, and thus my superior growing skills lol

Seriously though, I hadn't picked up on that observation.  How much later are yours GBG?

We have had a very mild January and February relative to most years here although December was unusually hot.  Perhaps the milder weather extends the growing season?

Hehe ange, its a leap year this year. According to google

"A common year has 365 days and a leap year 366 days, with the extra, or intercalary, day designated as February 29. A leap year occurs every four years to help synchronize the calendar year with the solar year, or the length of time it takes the earth to complete its orbit about the sun, which is about 365¼ days."

So i think it has something to do with day length being a bit longer maybe because of our orbit to the sun. Mine are about 2 weeks behind from timestamps of pics of my last grow but i only had 1 plant to compare. Food for thought?
