2nd grow 2015/16

Recommended Posts

Quick update buds going nice. Have to go to bunnings and get some stakes for the big girl. Rained very heavy all day and night coupled with strong winds knocked her around heaps. Couple of the buds were on their side. Theres a pic of the girl thats gone seedy on me too. Still cant work it out.

Happy harvest time soon!

Getting fatter by the day. I think harvest will be sooner than later on the one in the first pic. There is browning happening on the pistils but still fresh ones coming i checked with loupe yesterday trichomes are mainly clear still with very few cloudy so im gonna go a mid to early april chop. I have one that is sativa dominant by the look of it which is no where near ready can still see some gaps in the stem and mainly white hairs no real browning yet. Smells are interesting. Getting more apparent now.

Hey everyone good to see everyones crops going well :) !!

Quick updates with pics. All going well, they got a final potash last night and feed. I think I will start flush from tomorrow. Harvest in next 2 weeks, maybe 3 depending on weather. Few days of rain ahead later this week and thats a bit of a worry. I put up some stakes and tied the stems to the fence some buds are flopping over and in the wind they sway way too much for my liking. Heres some pics. Happy growing all! I tried uploading pics from the computer this arvo and they still come up sideways. Sorry.

They're looking great GBG, you've got a lot of fat sexy cola's on the go

Going on the look of the pistils, buds, and shade leaves, I reckon you've got more than 3 weeks left to go, but these things can turn around pretty quick so it's worth keeping an eye on them.

Worst time of the year for rain, but you can't control it, hope you've got decent air flow around where they are.  Constantly tying buds up for the last half of an outdoor flower is a pain in the arse, but it's better than letting them snap branches or end up on the ground.  Last year I did a sorta semi SCROG outdoors and would have to say the extra hassle pruning and arranging through veg and early flower was made up for by everything being nicely supported in late flower without any more work, whilst the other plants were constant work.

Best of luck
