Saliva testing in NSW

I had tried one of those test wasn't good

In the recent past i had to tell my then supervisor that i had to leave right away due to "random drug testing" that was goin on that particular day "i always score high on these bloody things"....and i went home for the day. just a reminder that its not only roadside smokers need to be worried about. 

Now, Ive had a think about it and asked a few questions to a few different departments of government who only pointed me elsewhere. No surprise. So its clear they aren't testing for impairment, yet presence. If this is the case, why are motorists targeted? Bit discriminative? Why are pedestrians not subject to the same testing?...oh they have rights?... "your lecturing me here now while ya maate lets that junkie drive away cos your not testing for that?"

Conclusion, ya better off being a heroin or coke head if ya need to drive, if ya smoke pot, get on the pingers or gas....you need a plan b. Shit go, pushing smokers outta the workforce and off the roads, make criminals of us and let a rapist out on bail cos the gaols are fulla smokers, sad truth.

P.S Apparently it is against the law to refuse these swab testing, so i strongly advise ya say as little as ya can and fight it later on down the path, sucks to ruin a clean record, which in turn can cost jobs etc...
