Hello OS community

Being and old timer HID/HPS grower but new to LED technology, I have 2 x Mars 720 in an area 1x1.2m

I have no issues with very vigorous growth (after a rocky start) 

 

Question is, is this over kill for this area?

 

My initial thought was one for each room of 1x1.2m, after further research i found some people suggesting this would not be enough. So I put 2 in a single room WOW

 

Love to hear anyone's thought on this

Probably not, but more because of the space the Fruit Punch I was growing occupied. Just one of those nearly fills that size grow tent

 

I should also point out that I'm just a noob grower, so you should really get some confirmation from someone with more experience.

The growers who get super massive yields for their area generally have super massive amounts of light so unless it's hurting the plants. Definitely not!

 

You can add co2 as well if they have massive light and that helps the plant maximise its benefits.
