Medicinal Use and the Law

Hello all

My First post

My wife has MS, we started to smoke pot again after a break for many yrs while the kids were growing up and careers got in the way. Well careers suck, my kids grew up and pot is really helping her to 1 Sleep, 2, Relax and de-stress, 3 Pain Relief etc etc. 

 

So I don't want pay good money for bag id rather invest and get something going with some lights. I have done this before manny yrs ago when the technology was all HPS and MH lights. Seriously what is going to happen to me if i get busted growing 6-12 plants.

If you get caught, first offence you should walk.

Nice big fine.

You will get no special treatment because your wife has MS.

Cops enforce the law .... law says its illegal.

 

Saying that.... trick is not to get caught .

One thing to think about before you spend a cent is are you ready to be busted and go through all the shit that comes along with it?

 

No one ever wants to get busted and hopes to hell they dont but it is part of the game with the way the laws are still in Aust, if you get caught are you able to deal with with it u need to sit down and ask your self that 1st.

 

As it will still be some time before we will be able to grow our own meds with out fear of the law.

 

I have been done twice for growing my own meds and i still grow but i all ready know what my defence will be if it ever happens again, i never want to be done again but as least in the back of my mind i know it may happen and i am ready for what ever may come because of it.

 

It may suck to read this but it is all part of the big pitcher.

 

The biggest crime is that we have to brake the law to have a better life for one self and loved ones that cannabis helps as a medicine with so many diffrent things, where is the justice in that...

Cheers for this, you are spot on. I grew up with a pot smoking hippy dad, it was never an issue for me. My kids smoke and enjoy it as well..they don't drink f all so I'm good with that ..

Hey big jobbies, 6-12 plants? how much does your wife smoke? haha Maybe you should work out some growing methods. Personally, in your situation i would want to keep the plant number to a minimal (less trouble) but the production to a maximum? So, i would be finding a nice mother or two, cutting clones, grab yourself two tents, one for veg, one for flowering. (im sure you know most of this) So this way you have a constant cycle of plants in there veg stage and some flowering. If you are good (or get real busy) you can harvest every fortnight to month. Have you checked ebay for tents? They have some goodies on there, some dodgie though so watch out..check feedbacks etc. Hope this helps mate, happy growing!

There is actually some truth to this . Those that are always worried and always paranoid exude an aire of discomfort and suspicious behavior. Hardly appear innocent. The most paranoid person you know is probably obviously so. If you are careful/cautious and dont let getting caught play on your mind and youre not always paranoid and the most suspicious motherfucker around then hey you may not draw attention to yourself. Law of attraction .

1st thing id be doing

Check the local laws specific to your state

Check out wat the numbers and weigts are

They all vary state to state

How many lights u want to run?

Then as said be aware that with growing there is always the chance of being busted

Tel no one be discrete and do alot of research

U can always post a grow diary here

Im sure with pictures if u have any dramas members here will chime in
