I find the pH will gradually rise over time and it's not something to worry about. When the root system is larger the system will stabilise and it will probably take longer for the pH to swing up. If the plant is looking healthy don't stress.

 

I drop my pH to 5.5 and let it swing up to whatever level I feel comfortable with before dropping again.

 

It's better to have the pH move through a range than to be stationary. This is because different nutrients are more or less available at different pH levels.

 

It looks like you have things pretty well organised so just relax and enjoy.
