On a more serious note - I would really like to know the requirements and put in for it. What I do in IT data centers is all electric and heat \ cool air flows (Well apart of it) 

From what I have read it must be a secure site as well - again something that corp data centers are - Very secure sites and card swipe access only. 

 

But I think nearly every man and his dog that knows anything about ... anything we do would be doing the very same thing. 

I think a loose consortium could still work. Some times combinations of oils are required to variety is a good thing. AND

I'd also love to. Just buy a container set it up right. Ive noticed that the inside of the containers IVe seen are ALWAYS, free for webs and other bugs. They are 'tight'.

So a block with a few of those attached to a solar farm and you're good to go.
