If you are after a relaxing (esp muscle) kinda high, then look no further that Kava.

 

Its a great alternative to alcohol or weed even at the end of a long day..... Just one warning... it tastes like absolute shit, well, a bit like saw-dust.

 

It is legal in Australia (with the exeption of some aboriginal communities), however not all that cheap. You can source it a few places on the net, or if you are lucky enough to live in Adelaide, take a look at the Kava Hut on Hindley St (kava bar)... they also sell it in powder form to take home and make your own.
