Why are studies in the USA ignored here in Australia on this topic?

Recently a study showed that daily users were at no more risk then someone whom didn't use it.

I ride a 1300cc hyper sports bike in peak hour after multi cones and have done for 19 years and never been hit or hit anyone. Total tossers!
