i think your correct the plant has an optimum PH just like humans do  

human skin is PH5.5 as a whole a little alkaline PH7.30 to 7.45 

but in the the root zone that's a little different just like the skin at 5.5

& everything else above 7, microbes play a big part in this in soil

not the best at explaining so if you've got the time have a look at this

& getting different PH numbers & shows the PH/Nutrient chart

Yer I know what your saying, I dont know as much as Dr Elaine, or maybe you.

I have seen parts of her lecture before, not the whole thing till now. She has good  info

but its not type of info the every day Joe knows or go's looking for.

 

However the main point of the chart was a guide to help Razz with his issues as a blanket cover.

Which is the main point of the post.

we / i am certainly no expert & we are both learning as we go, ( Personally i'm not even in the same country as Dr Elaine Ingham or many in this community )
