Advice Anyone!

Was wondering if anyone could help me out. I planted my seeds out a few weeks ago and they've came on great, there about an inch with 2 sets of true leaves. But they seem to have stopped growing and the leaves on one of them are turning yellow.... Help....

 

I've got them in small pots (about 4in), could it be that I need to put them into bigger ones now. I'm being cautious, this is my first grow and I don't want to shock them if there too small to be transplanting yet.

 

A wee bit of help would go a long way.

what soil did you use? are you watering them only when the soil is dry at the top 2 inches?

does the pots sound hollow when you tap the side of em?

have you fed them?

I'd check the PH of your soil and water mate. you're aiming for 6.3 to 6.8

I would be looking at what soil you have them in. If you have a lot of ferts ( chook poo etc ) and it's fresh you could be burning the young plants.

Are they in the ground or pots?

Are they in full sun?

Ta for the advice on the ph levels. I'm using organic soil, it was pretty cheap and I reckon that might be the problem. I think I'll invest a bit in beter soil and larger pots, then see how I go from there.

I would agree, most organic soil is far too strong for a young plant mate.
