Leaves falling off plant

Hi everyone,I have this problem of heathy leaves falling from my plants if brushed.This happens when i use my fan aswell.I'm six days into 12/12 in a closet and am using soil.Ph is 7.0 and under . to all thank you

Sounds as if they r 2 hot and dry.

Yup, or they're getting old and tired from density.

 

But likely the former.

Thanks for the intrest guy's,well the soil is still damp and i don't want to over water and temp rangers from 23c in the middle of the plant to around 27 to 28c at the top.Before I turnd to 12/12 I sprayed with "Bud wise",the leaves apear to be from the lower part of the plant.I've being watering with bloom booster. cheers
