How to set up Carbon filter on outside of cabinet? Help please :)

Recommended Posts

unfortunatly due to budget, the carbon filter will have to be blown through for about 4 weeks until i can afford an odor sock and smaller carbon filter or something similar..

I have set it up outside the cabinet and the smell has been removed immediately! i did put the foam on the inside of the Carbon Filter aswell...

Smell and Heat is gone... So it DOES work.  :D

Take on all this info you are being fed by these growers that are helping you get to where you are now,It will all come in handy one day an we all never stop learning how to grow this fantastic weed.

Some of this info may seem like bullshit some times but take it all in an you will end up a good Cannabis grower in time.

if you don't have room inside for a big filter you can try an" ordor sok" I have a 100mm carbon filter on a extractor fan inside my tent and have the odor sok attached to the ducting outside the tent, so one filter being sucked through and one blown through(sounds a bit suss haha) absolutely no odor, works well, so they will suck and blow at the same time, I don't think this would work as well in reverse as the large carbon filter would have more resistance than the odor sok, by the way any you boys use them?

hey mate, what u think about using 2 odor soks? instead of getting a carbon filter all together?

I have used an odor sok. They are ok in a pinch but a carbon filter is much better. Since you already have a carbon filter you're better ff sticking with that.
