How to set up Carbon filter on outside of cabinet? Help please :)

Recommended Posts

if you don't have room inside for a big filter you can try an" ordor sok" I have a 100mm carbon filter on a extractor fan inside my tent and have the odor sok attached to the ducting outside the tent, so one filter being sucked through and one blown through(sounds a bit suss haha) absolutely no odor, works well, so they will suck and blow at the same time, I don't think this would work as well in reverse as the large carbon filter would have more resistance than the odor sok, by the way any you boys use them?

You shouldn't blow though the filter as it's designed to be sucked though, you will get a bit of restricted airflow and possible dust inside the filter.

You could try to build a box around the filter. so it's contained then have the proper flow.
