My thoughts exactly.  Hash doesn't automatically mean deep body stone, just usually deeper and more relaxing than the buds.

 

Pretty much what the others said about the indica end of the spectrum.  I'm with Ford on the Hindu Kush, without a doubt by far the best I've had so far for numbing and relaxing the body, and being sedative.  Would also agree with the edibles being better for those aspects as well.  I do the coconut oil infused with hash or hash oil and use it for edibles, in milky coffees etc, it's very good medicinally.  Also have found the vaporizer to be better for getting those medicinal benefits as well, maybe not quite as well as edibles but similar.

I would look for 2 strains, something low in THC and High in CBD for daytime hours for the anxiety and pain CBD Crew have solid genetics i have found so far, i'm using Mango Haze for PTSD and pain. Look for something Indica dominant for sleep, cant help you there with names of strains, i'm sure others have.

I suffer anxiety which results in insomnia and stumbled across AK47 and that beautiful strain and me just clicked. 45mins before bed and it brings on a lovely full sleep with zero paranoia and no munchies. Can also say thcbomb is 2nd best in terms of sleep for me.

Like Ozzy said you may have to try a few indica dom strains before you find the rite one for yourself.

 

The  { White  Rhino,& Stoned Rhino} worked wonders for me in the sleep an the pain department but I don't think you can still buy the Stoned  Rhino seeds.

 

I am a member of a medical MJ site as well an there was talk of a bloke having a cross of Stoned Rhino an am trying to get hold of some seed.

 

There is some nice strains from other seed sites as well all Indica Dom seeds so have a good read up on them.

its been 5 weeks since not having a smoke, i cant wait to get a bit.

 

ive been sleeping about 2hr a night if lucky without any meds. The Valium and Xanax are making me so unhealthy and sick i dont want to take them, but they do make me sleep.

 

Its a hard choice on what to do sometimes.... sleep with horrible chemicals or dont sleep and exhaust myself to the point i loose weight and have no energy to do anything but keep my eyes open.

 

I want Medical Marijuana pushed so badly!! id even consider moving to the states soon!
