Anyone know the best strain for insomnia? im sick of taking valium and

been awake 29 hours now and still not nodding off...

 

looking into good medical strains i could use for chronic insomnia with back pain.

 

anyone recommend something?

I find hindu kush coconut oil is great for both back pain and insomnia.

You might also want to look in to making some edibles. My understanding is that the temperature and length of time you decarb the herb for can influence its effects. I certainly know the last batch of brownies I made are as strong as the temaze tablets the doctor prescribed me.

Try heavy indica strains till u find one that dose what you want, you may get lucky 1st off.
