Overcrowding Autoflower Big Bang... What to do

you might of seen my diary, but im a noob learning and asking heaps of questions.

 

i didnt know that 3 plants in a 50lt tub of clayballs want enough... shits gettin outta control  in the cabinet and i fear i will run out of room..

 

ive read that topping and trimming Autoflowers is no good and i feel like this stretch stage at 4 weeks now is going to stretch too much and get to close to max height of light..

 

what can i do to control it?

 

scrog?

you can defoliate to stop the stretch but it may be to late

trytaking off a few of the top leaves not to many say 20% of the top leaves should slow it down i did it in week 3 i think it was

there is something at most hydro shops, I just cant remember what it is called, it is used to stop the stretch. anyone help out here?
