Yes she could be ready to pull if you want a more heady buzzy active type stone rather than a couchlock type stone. For me personally when I see the amber on the leaf tips it means its about time to be thinking about flushing because the leaves are the first to show amber trichomes. Personally I look for the trichome color of the calyx to make that decision on harvest and the overall appearance of the plant. I think yours could go another two weeks with out any problems but that depends on what you want in the way of a stone. Good Luck

thanks for the info guys, i started flushing a few days a go thats why shes started to turn yellow but shes really starting to chunk up, the top buds at the thickest part are about as round as a tennis ball so i think i will leave it a couple more weeks, p.s. i would have made i diary from the start but i only just got my camera back from being repaired, i also had a lemon haze auto flower, it only grew 8cm high befor flowering but it was some of the best smoke i've had in a while.
