No. You need an activated carbon filter.

If you get or make yourself a carbon filter and have a decent fan to suck air through it then thats all you need to clean your air out,

 

 

It also helps to go a little overboard with the fan cause that will make any holes or gaps you have in your grow room into passive air intake holes instead of them just adding places for the stinky air to leave the room

 

 

your other option is an ozone gen which is not as popular with members here because of it's health and plant risks allong with other dislikes, carbon filter is just the way to go though IMO
