Your 400W should be fine for that space, so long as you've got your ventilation set-up right. I used to use a 250mm bathroom exhaust in my old wardrobe set-up, but you'd be better to invest in a good 200mm hydro fan, as they're designed to run 24/7. If you ain't got the $ to spare, the bathroom fan will do you ok.

I drilled about 10, 25mm diameter holes for my passive intake in the bottom of my cupboard, then the same through the floor (it had a space underneath the bottom, and drilling the two sets of holes helped in keeping the light out too). I don't reckon you'd need a fan for your intake for a set-up of that size.

Make sure you get a good pedestal fan into your room, or a small desk fan in your wardrobe, or both!! The recirculation of fresh air is important. And whatever you do, try to exhaust the old air out of the room your set-up is in, or you'll get some serious heat problems! Goodluck!
