If your gonna be cheap then why not do the cheap thing and get you some free lights.  Ive done this a couple of times, and it takes 2 people.  Follow the street lights until you find a strip that go into the woods.  Wear rubber boots and gloves bring an axe, robe, and screw driver. take and axe to the base wire that runs up the pole to the street light. Swing fast and let go. Climb up the post and gank you a 1000 wat HPS bulb.  and there you go cheap and easy  ::

When i was 16.. we once jacked a 250w eye ballast, you know the shitty ones.. security lights.. it wasnt on at the time.. but my mate had rubber gloves and a bit of a nutter mentality to match, he cut the wires, all was good..

 

But, FK THAT cutting the wires is just dodgy.. if its on, just becareful you dont get fried
