An Adelaide man was arrested and eight cannabis plants were seized during raids today by police investigating organised criminal networks.

More than 140 police were involved in the raids on 30 Adelaide residential and business premises, that started at 7.30am (CST) today.

Police said a 34-year-old Henley Beach South man was arrested for hindering police in the execution of a search warrant.

The man will appear in the Adelaide Magistrates Court next month.

During the raids, dubbed Operation Coyote, a hydroponic crop of eight cannabis plants – all more than a metre high – were found at suburban Everard Park, police said.

Investigations into the crop were continuing.

glad to see my tax is being used wisely...

I reckon this glowing success of an operation would cost more than the 'averedge battlers' taxable income.

never mind health & education, I can be proud I contributed towards the eradication of some evil plants that might corrupt society.
