arghhh, hollow stems

Recommended Posts

your plants branches should have hollow stems(well at least the middle of it should) - strain dependant.

More likely your plant was too spindly from a lack of light...maybe try bushing your plant out by lowering your light to within 1-1.5 feet from it. Hvae you checked the stem for rot? Stem rot would bend your plant

what quad damage said there...

some researchers/breeders even come to conlusion that hollow stemmed varieties are often more potent and resinous than pith filled stemmed varieties... (m. stark or dj short for e.g.)

stake it up or tie em up with string, lotsa nice plants cant hold themselves up in flowering, but if your plant aint flowering yet its probably lack of light like quad damage said imo...

root maggots... wtf???

Root maggots are probably referring to fungus gnats and shore flies, which are nasty little bastards which will eat your roots away.

It could be stem rot, fungus gnat, (particularly if drainage is an issue) larvae or as blaze has suggested, it could just be so heavy with buds it's fallen down, but I'd suggest the former. For a better diagnosis a picture would be ideal though, we're all just making stabs in the dark really. lol
