screen question

i recently just made my own bong and i was wondering if it is safe to use a circular cutout of a piece of a soda can with holes in it as a screen? i figure ur not burning it so it cant be that harmfull but i am just wondering.

should work pretty well, especially if you mould it to the shape of your cone. i used to do that myself, but invested in some mesh from the local sex xhop (also bong supplier). it came already moulded for only 20 cents a screen.

i made myself a bong too, ceremic though (i think thats how its spelt >.>)

though i made mine to were i can just go out and buy myself a bowl...when i get a digi cam and if someone wants to see it ill try to post a pic of it

Don't use aluminium cans as a cone piece. Just buy a good one. The paint and the aluminium will burn and give you all kinds of nasty oxides in your smoke.

Agreed.. Buy a cone peice, they aren't too expensive. It's a worthy investment..

Your bong tastes different with those home made cone peices, and that ain't a good thing.

Coke can can make a fine cone peice I actually got pretty good at making can cone peices , they are great if yoru in a bind and don't have one,

 

I would definatly just invest the 3 dollard max that it costs to get yourself a real one though
