exhaust fans

Recommended Posts

If it's really overpowered, so much so that it's noisy and affecting the plants, (I doubt the second would happen, but hey, you could...) you could use a fan speed controller to lower it's speed. Don't just get a lamp dimmer switch and run it in-line though, it's more complex than that. They might set you back a couple hundred, depending on the make or maker, but yeah, for large fan systems, they'll give you excellent control on fan speed.

Hope that helps, and yeah, let us know how you're going. ;)

Hey pure,

I use the TD500 and 800 fans. They are by far the best fans on the market in australia. If you are using a carbon filter on your exhaust and wont plenty of pushing power use one of these.

Nearly all housing a/c units use these fans because of there power to push air long distance and there reliable, even after years of continues use.
